 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Canada & USA: 5–10 business days

    • International Orders: 10–20 business days

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

 International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide!

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging, and we will help resolve the issue.
